At Ad Sprint, we are committed to delivering high-quality social media ad strategies to help business owners generate leads. Before starting any project, the scope of work, deliverables, and fees will be clearly discussed and agreed upon. As our services involve time, effort, and digital ad spend planning, all payments made for our services are non-refundable once the project has started. However, if you decide to cancel before work has begun, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment, subject to administrative deductions. In cases where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method. Please note that Ad Sprint does not guarantee specific results (such as sales or revenue) and refunds will not be issued on the basis of performance outcomes. Cancellation Policy:

At Ad Sprint, we put in significant time, planning, and resources to design and execute effective social media ad strategies for our clients. Once a project has started, it cannot be cancelled within the first 30 days of the engagement. This ensures that the agreed-upon strategy is implemented effectively and delivers measurable insights. If you wish to discontinue services after the initial 30-day period, you must provide a written notice at least 7 days in advance before the next billing cycle. Any fees paid for services already rendered or campaigns already executed are non-refundable. Ad Sprint reserves the right to cancel or suspend services if a client violates our Terms & Conditions, provides misleading information, or engages in unlawful practices.
